Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized service supervisor to join our top home care agency. The service supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the agency’s client services department, ensuring high-quality care and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care or a related field, strong leadership skills, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of client services coordinators and schedulers
- Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of client care services
- Monitor and manage client care plans to ensure compliance with physician orders and agency policies
- Conduct client assessments and reassessments as needed
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor and manage staff performance, including training, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Analyze department performance data and implement improvements as needed
- Participate in agency quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in home care or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of home care regulations, reimbursement, and accreditation standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements
- Proven track record of achieving operational goals
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
